Lisi Lerch offers complimentary shipping for any applicable items that you'd like to return within 21 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original pouch and in the condition the customer received it in. If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date.
Unfortunately, we can no longer provide exchanges due to limited inventory. If an exchange is needed, the customer may request a prepaid return label to send back the unwanted items. Once received, we will issue a store credit to their store account. The customer is to then place a new order for any new item(s) needed.
You can request a return from your store account page by viewing your recently completed order and selecting "Return Item(s)". Or, if you don't have a store account, you can fill out the information below and we will send you a prepaid shipping label right away! You should hear back from us within 2 business days.
- Customized and Special Order items cannot be returned and are final sale.
- Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt and you will be e-mailed when we process your return!
- The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Gift recipients are entitled to a store credit only
